We are looking for your help in telling the Department of Health how asthma care should be provided in England. Consultation events will be taking place across the country during November and December, where the public will be asked to respond to the draft National Strategy for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

The online booking form is rather confusing, I have just emailed them as it asks questions which are not really applicable to me and will not let me continue with out answering them.
I have booked to go on the event by telephoning them i am impressed at there catering for needs never come across any one so good before. I am going to Leeds one.

They have sent me the correct form to fill in for people with astma etc, if anyone wants this easier form I can email it to you or they said to call Emily the events co-ordinator on 0113 398 4054 to request a place.

I took the easy route and dropped them an email last night with all my details.
They have registered me on their site as well as making all the bookings for me and all confirmed by 10.30 this morning. What good service.
