weather???

Any one else struggling with their chest today? mines been really tight all day for no obvious reason. It is very humid though so wondering if it could be that?

Warm/hot humid weather always bad for me. Had to increase meds today.

I've found today hard as well - the air feels too ""thick"" for my lungs liking. Fog seems to have the same effect. Hoping everyones lungs behave again soon!

No your not alone I ended up calling the ""men in green"" thought was the postmans aftershave that started it all off then it excalated like it does. Had magnesium iv in resus and ofternight stay in mau had several triggers there with lots of nebs.Was nebbing again when dr came round and said I would be better off at home without all the triggers.

One of my grips is I live alone, but no one asks if I be ok

Today is bright and sunny. Everyone is out doing their garden.

Chest tight on and off all day. If this is mild asthma, my heart goes out to you folks with the more severe stuff. xx

Just what are we meant to do? mind you I here its meant to be cooler by mid week which causes other problems like drops in temperatures do as do increases

yeah not great today very tight and headachey, not been off the ventilator yet today, o well another TV day- i must get some fake tan tho. LOL
