how do you know when u need more help?

This is stupid question really but can anyone tell me basiclly how you know yourself when u need extra help? i realsie its prob different for each individual but struggling more than bit at mo and pf yuck along with about 50 ellies on chest needing new home asap? any advice gratefully recieved. Have tried using 10 puffs of ventolin through spacer but not much diff.

hi kath,

if i was you i would go and see doc,

you sound like your having a bad time at the moment,

the out of hours doc's are always there to help if your doc's isnt open.

they would rather see you and you be ok than you end up being rushed in.
