Cathy, with due respect interrupting your Saturday afternoons to deal with stupid mass spamming should not be what you are there for It is irresponsible at worst and annoying at best. Again thank you to all the mods who I see were pretty quick off the mark.

Hello everyone,

Thank you all for your patience with the spam that we've been experiencing over the last few days. We are currently trying to deal with the user repeatedly rejoining Asthma UK with different screen names, and then spamming us in the form of posts and PMs.

If anyone does receive a spam PM which seems similar to the posts that we have been experiencing, please could you notify a moderator as soon as possible so that we can address the problem.

Thank you Em and all the mods, it is such a shame that mods have to deal with people like this, Asthma is devastating enough without people trying to sell quack cures, by spamming messages boards were there are some very frightened and vulnerable people trying their hardest to cope.
