Oh yes. When I was at my worst I would run a warm (not hot - too much steam = naughty lungs) bath to lie in for half an hour and take the tension out of all my muscles. On a really bad evening I'd take a glass of wine to drink while soaking - very theraputic.

yeah i am acheing like mad being laid down helps a little bit

Definately aches galore for me.

its the worst part of it after the attack

ache all over, pain too an tired! radox bath helps, but not too much, as i found out the hard way that too much triggered another attack, oops!

x

Oh definitely! Sometimes it amuses me, I can understand why muscles related to breathing would ache but my legs?!! I guess its the tension/stress!!

yeah i dont get why my legs ache and feel like jelly after the attack. Just getting fed up of being told off now

yep after an attack im often very tired, ribs hurt and ache all over. end up taking even pain relief than normal.

everything hurts. a bemused doctor (bemused because it was obvious to him!) pointed out that your entire body tenses up, potentially for hours on end. you pump yourself full of drugs, your adrenalin goes through the roof (esp if you're given epinephedrine) and you stress. and cough.

no wonder you're a bit owchy the next day!!
