Aerochamber

After ending up on a neb today and still not good ,i was given a aerochamber to use with my

seretide,blinking good job did it at home first and not on the train back as it made a noise like a air horn hahaha ! OMG would have crawled up my own ass if that happened.

Do you blow out in it or out your nose ? xxx

if im reading it correctly [i'm drugged up big time], the weird noise happens if u breathe in too far/too fast, or at least thats how nurse explained it to me when she got spacer sorted out.

The noise happens if you are breathing too hard or fast. You need to use tidal breathing with the aerochamber. It's a good way of slowing your breathing down when unwell but I find sometimes it's just a bit much when unwell and I can't help it making a noise. Breathe calmly and slowly through it and you should be fine.
