Update !

Tested for a few things and got allergy to grass x

That's good you've got an answer. Any idea what you can do-antihistamines or...? D'you mind me asking how you went about getting it & is it a hospital appt? I know you said it took ages.

At least you have now got a good excuse to get hubby to mow the grass during the summer months :)

Hopefully a good antihistamine will make things better....

When asthma started 4 years ago I was under the hospital .

I asked my con for a allergy test and he said couldnt as on steroids.

Next time was under study and would not do one as consultant not wrote it in my notes.

Next time he sent me for heart tests and scan and was ok then changed my meds and discharged me

under the care of my asthma nurse at our docs unless got worse to go back to him.

Over that year I was having really bad asthma and put on more meds and slophyllin.

I asked my doc for a rast test for cat and dog as i have them and it was ok.

Asthma got worse and consultant was contacted again and put under my consultant and hospital asthma nurse again.

Was on steroids again so could not do test but did make me a apointment for one but was for 2 months later as was on steroids again for 40 days.

Anyway managed today to get it done as been off steroids a week and came back with allergic to

grass so now got wait for then to put me on antihistanines or something.

Could ask my doc or my docs asthma nurse but as im under consultant and hospital asthma nurse now they want to sort me out xxx
