could this be true?

I am always cold all the time even when people say its warm. My hubby said its because you are on a lot of meds. So just wondering if it could be true. Glynis xxx

it could be various things but dont know if the med thing is correct, as i often find that i get too cold and too hot, i cant seem to regulate my tempertaure, like when i am very cold my partner is not and when i am very hot he is not despite being in the same room, i also get hot when outside

not sure but this last two years I really feel the cold.

I get this a LOT but mainly in the fingers and toes which are blue when it happens (like now for instance) I think it's to do with the oxygen in your body? But TBH the amount of meds I'm on it could be a number of things. Gloves and bed socks! May not be seductive but definitely worth it in the winter!

I get this ,but its only around my back,it becomes really icy when asthma is bad.

fao wss- this sounds a bit like my teen who gets raynards in her fingers and toes, maybe ask the doc cos it can cause perm damage if not sorted.....glynis-have you checked the side effects on the meds you take? make everybody wear t-shirts and be a devil, knock the heating up to an indian summer level :) x

Had a thick fleece on and had a sleep flat out on sofa and my cat flat out on top of me asleep keeping me warm and heating on haha! House like a oven xxx

Before I started taking vitamins A and E for my asthma, my hands and feet were always cold. Now they never are (I think it's the vitamin E as it is supposed to help oxygen get around the body and improve circulation to the extremities)

thanks for the great info Marian, I found this link health.learninginfo.org/vit...

I will be getting some vitamin tablets :)

I was going to say that when I don`t feel well I am less active which causes me to feel cold (too much time huddled up on the settee)
