blood test ieg allergy tests. oops!!! double post with sticky fingers

Does anyone know what a normal ieg level in bloods should be for a 45 year old ?love Glynis xxx

Normal total IgE for adults is between 0 and 100 iu/ml.

If you have had IgE/IgG RAST tests done for various allergens e.g. grass mixture, trees, moulds, house dust mites etc then the following apply:

Grade 0 = 0-0.35 ku/l

Grade I = 0.35 -0.70 ku/l

Grade II = 0.70-3.50 ku/l

Grade III = 3.50-17.5 ku/l

Grade IV = 17.5-50 ku/l

Grade V = 50-100 ku/l

Grade VI = >100 ku/l
