hope you keeping well, thanks for the warning. I saw the warnings on the tv and heard them on radio. I have been out this morning and noticed chest tight but ok, keeping eye on p/flow.
I hope everyone ok, and keep save during the smog, good luck with avoiding the men in green and hossie.
I had a good day yesterday, possibly the best in a month. I've just hit the ventolin after hanging up some washing! I live on a hill so its probably unlikely to be smog though. Think I'll blame it anyhow, the pollen reason's starting to get boring.
Take it easy everyone x
thanks for the warning. With living on the coast is bad night time is worse. Thanks as my brother only told me this morning and wasnt feeling great last night so couldnt say thank you

Im locked in my flat doors and windows locked saw it on the news this morning im not going back in ive just got out take care everyone xxxxx
Just posting the link to defra's latest pollution summary:
glynis - its like some underground circular for asthmatics, i like it lol ... yep i saw the weather forcast too and i stayed in today as im only just getting better. been quite bad so dont want to risk anything.
Went town get some new clothes but did have a asthma attack and lots of reliever 12 puffs .hubby was with me .Been on steroids 60 days down to 20mg now.Hospital ring me weekly with instructions.
Thanks - I was out in the country today, few roads and little pollution so not too bad but noticed the difference as I got closer to home (M25 and M1 both just down the road. I've got my air pruifier working and am impressed at the improvement.
Maybe this could be the reason that my asthma has been causing me major problems today, I am on max dose of all my meds. I am still struggling to breathe and if I can not settle things down in the next 30 minutes then I will have to phone for help.
hop
I live in the country and still felt the effects of it all.
