Does anyone know is it safe to take anti depressidants on top of asthma medication.

Mostly, yes, but it very much depends which antidepressants and which asthma medication. If you want to post or PM me with the details I can check the recorded interactions in the BNF for you, or you can check it yourself at bnf.org (requires free registration).

If you have any concerns, though, you should really discuss them with your GP. I don't have access to your medical records so I certainly couldn't say catagorically that a particular drug is safe for you.
