This place does them they deliver very quickly!

My son used to have one called a 'major' buggy, it was provided on the nhs. You may have seen them around it was blue seat with largeish wheels. I have friends whose children have needed them and they made covers for seat etc to make them more attractive to the kids. The Major is a decent size and does for several yrs.

they are also now sold on mothercare online bbut they are very expensive - it is exactly the same pushchair that the nhs provide so i would recommend that you speak to the resp nurse/cons first and try to get one provided, they will know about her mobility difficulties and i have found that when people give me questionong looks ie in disabled bays like another thread, i can say, its not a buggy, its provided by the nhs!makes me feel better!
