right, well is it just me, or do most people who suffer from asthma also suffer from hayfever?

2 tips :

1. actimel supposed to be good for you???

2. if you're taking piriteeze 1 in the mornng (like me, i did have loraditdine but made me ill) you can also take 1 piriton in the evening, which makes you drowsy so a bonus.

hi,

yeah i have bad hayfever, and can't take pirition so took priteeze which does help but haven't tried taking 2 tablets . Asthma nurse said if that didn't help to take 2 zirtek. Have you tried smearing a little vaseline in nostrils to trap pollen etc. Both my kids suffer from hayfever like me and i buy the local honey in march and give them 1 tsp every day for about a month before the season starts, they both swear it's the only thing that works for them. It helps me quite alot, i havent tried actimel as i'm milk intolerant .
