Prescription charging review published

this review by Ian Gilmore has some interesting points. I've not read it in detail but does look like free prescriptions could be on the cards.

Lets keep everything crossed, my son gets all his free as he is an Epileptic, so why not the same for Asthmatics.

Prof Gilmore's report is good but sadly the Coalition government are kicking it into touch - they say they will consider in autumn spending review (which is going to take the axe to public expenditure).

Quick note if you have a port-a-cath you get them free. Not everyone knows that.
