remember a message about what foods bring on attacks....well about an hour ago i had a small packet of pre prep popcorn and within 2-3mins i felt tight chested and wheezy, got it under control but very odd...so thats another daft food to add to the list

i get the popcorn attacks as well, you're not alone 
I can't say I've had any reaction to popcorn, but chicken and mushroom flavour pot noodle sets me off, weird huh?
