Feeling rough and fed up

At the moment I am suffering with bad asthma and a chest infection which has been causing me problems for a little while. My peakflow at the moment is ranging from 50 to 100 which is low for me.

I have been unable to sleep either so I am feeling very tired.

Just needed to have a little moan that is all

Edit.. My normal peakflow is usually 200

That is very low pf by anybodies standard, what is your best / usual.

Hope you start to pick up soon and carry on moaning, we all know it helps just a liitle bit to get things off your chest.
