inhaler order!

I do my steriod first and salbutomol after, however should i be doing them the other way round?

find it easier to inhale the salbutomol than the steriod, should i use it first to 'open up' the channel? would it make my inhaling of the steriod better? the asthma nurse states im inhaling properly...

Hey kel

I have always been advised to do my reliever first as this will open up your airways so when your take your preventer it will get into all your lungs.

I would also do it 10-15 mins after your reliver to get the full effect.
