How soon between inhalations?

I need to take two puffs Flixotide and one puff Oxis, twice a day, how long should I leave between each puff??

Philomela - thanks for asking, yes I had felt better after the other night, but things are playing up again this afternoon, fingers crossed I can get on top of things before tonight.

The flixotide says how long to leave but didn't know if that was the same between different types of inhaler, but as you say glynis, some people use Ventolin straightaway beforehand

Good point - guess you don't know how long between the LABA and steroid! It usually seems to be a minute or half a minute but of course helpful to know which...

Hope breathing calms down again and you have a good night without needing to resort to too much blue. Mine has been funny again since last night for no reason that I can see...grrrr. Just as I was happily thinking that the Intal was really doing its job...
