Sickness Review

Hi all, it has been a while since I've been on site but I had my 1st formal sickness review this week and was informed if my sickness does not improve I will lose my job. I have been diagnosed with asthma 2 years. Is it possible I can lose my job?

Thanks Angelica as I work for the NHS also its of much interest. Problem being its not just asthma I also have arthritis. I have had a very supportive meeting with Occupational Health but its a bit like wait and see. All I can do is make sure I'm living as healthy a life as I can.
