Edit: post was just a grumble about a nothing in particular and so deleted it. Not even worthy of placing on the Rant and Moan thread.

Huff and puff sort of a day
Granny u should have left it up. Must have upset u for to post it. Plus let's others know they are not alone when they see others felling the same .... Plus you cheer me up wie ur funny posts
i read it originally, dust from the builders and the cold air on top of everything certainly isn't helping, and loads of colds doing the rounds as well now.
Aw Granny - love your posts and could really do with some cheering up today. Feeling very blue after a bad night having caught one of those damned colds Woody's talking about.
I'm really fed up and with my PF only reaching 300 post neb - although I'm feeling better it's not specially spectacular!
Trying desperately to avoid admission

love your posts nanna ,hope you are ok. xxx
GrannyMo, I read it too and it was fine. It might be helpful to keep a record of times and possible triggers to see if the episodes are linked.
That's a possibility I thought of after reading that the usual suspects weren't on the labels of the tea ingredients in your original post. Sometimes allergic reactions happen in two phases with an early reaction followed by a late reaction some hours later - both triggered by the same event. When my asthma is not well controlled, I usually see second dips in peak flow for allergy and exercise triggers.

Thanks ginny. Interesting read.
Thanks too to all of you who fairly buck me up. I'd increased my preventer as per action plan and as usual, more symbicort means cramping toes and fingers. The thought of asthma cough coming back too was almost too much that day. Whenever I choke or cough when eating, now family know I have asthma, I get a look from whoever I'm with. Husband peers over his glasses and asks if I'm OK..? Kids ask if I've taken my inhaler for that day. Kids - ha ha. They're 29 and 32!
Good humor restored.

PS More funny stories on the way no doubt. xx
GM, see my easter&chocolate reply, something I had on the laptop for a while.
OK Reading labels became second nature when my younger daughter was a baby. Dairy and wheat made her so ill. Now she doesn't live at home anymore I've got out the habit of checking what's in the food we buy. Best get back into the habit again. This time for me!
Cramping fingers and toes
Oh thank you so much....I feel like I am the only person struggling with this. I have asked my GP about cramping and the problems and they don't seem to have heard of this.....I was diagnosed 2004 but because I am a Grandma too, I just thought I was making a fuss about everything especially the trivial stuff like the cramps. I would rather have the cramps than the asthma attacks however the nebulizer has a habit of making it much worse but right now I am depending on it to stop me getting admitted......Have longed for Spring, now realise it comes with all these allergen problems and everyone around me is coughing and carrying heavy colds....thank you, hope you are feeling better
