A Good Day - above the chalkline!

I’ve had a good day today. Been to clinic. Had treatment and talked to amazingly supportive chest prof, registrar and asthma research nurses.

Now feel very hopeful and very well supported by wonderful medics.

Would anyone else like to add to a ‘good day’ topic ?

Could be anything little or big.

Hi Mia

I had a good day at work today 2 children were making me things with paper and another child told me my hair was 'as beautiful as a a rose' the children made me very happy today!!!

now that, Mia, really does sound like a wonderful day! I am really pleased for you.

and what a good idea for a topic -

I came home after a productive day's work and the sun came out so was able to relax in the garden for an hour with a glass of vino

and now my lovely daughter has arrived safely for the weekend, having negotiated various motorways, and is looking well and happy

so, yes, a good day!

I've had a good day lazing in bed, doing lots of nothing. I've cuddled the cat and done stupid amounts of sudoku, and generally just had a relaxing, restful day.

Having been out of bed for about 2 1/2 hours, I'm going back there in a few minutes :o)

Becky.

I've so far managed to get me up kids up and kitchen cleaned after fathers day card making which is all signs of a good day, even better it's absolutely chucking it down so i now can avoid the school fete this morning and feel no guilt whatsoever about my failure to provide homemade cakes etc!

fingers crossed for rest of day.

I've had a luxurious bath this morning and deforested my legs. I feel so much better for it.

Mike is home from Ibiza, deffo a very good day :)

Our trip to Sri Lanka in November has been confirmed. hubby goes out alone and then I follow alone 1 week later, aaagh. Got to teach my soon to be 17 year old son to cook before then! Really excited about going even if it is a long way just for 10 days, but nervous too.

Certainly a good day today - it hasnt't rained yet (touch wood)
