hot food

Hi to all this may sound weird but on the last 2 times i had spicy food igot very breathless and had chest pain had 2 take steroids to ease my breathing and nebs . it was a well known spicey fathias mix at first i thought it could not have been the food but saturday night the very same thing happened anyone else got this problem look forward to hearing.

hi hudson, I get the same thing everytime I eat spicy food I also get a sore throat and cough alot, not sure what tiggers it but it seems so be mainly food contaning chilli, I thought I was the only person who had this problem so it's interesting to meet someone else who has it to.

Hi diet coke make me wheezy, I have to use my inhalers. I have no idea why! I tend to keep away from it now and don't let my boys drink the stuff if I can help it.

hi my daughter is the same with vinegar anything with vinegar in sets her off

different makes of the same food have different effects so i take it somethings don't have so much of vinegar in than others
