Ever since last week when it started getting really warm here in the london area i have been getting headaches almost every day. They are not bad, but they are still really annoying. I eat properly and drink lots of water. Could it be allergies? I dont really know when allergy season starts here in england.

Your headaches could well be allergy inuced as the pollen seasno has well and truely started here in the UK with tree pollen. Do you know what you are allergic to?

yeah im allergic to grass but i also have year long allergies to dust and mold which is why i wonder, cause i dont get headaches from that.

I started Getting them For No Reason aswell and I went to the Doctors and He put me on Pizotifen. It is great. I haven't had headaches since February!
