Hi all question for the medics as with 3 sick kids i haven't the brainpower to look for myself today.
I can't have the flu jab as anaphylactic to egg.
Its been suggested I have the pneumovax after a blood test. Is this banned for the egg allergic too?

Hypersensitivity to egg with evidence of previous anaphylactic reaction, contra-indicates influenza vaccine, tick-borne encephalitis vaccine, and yellow fever vaccine. Some viral vaccines contain small quantities of antibacterials; such vaccines may need to be withheld from individuals who are extremely sensitive to the antibacterial. Other excipients in vaccines may also rarely cause allergic reactions.
