ia anyone else feeling terrible today, i cant breathe too well think someones sat on my chest, was feeling bit poo yesterday but today i have got worse as days gone on , does anybody think its something to do with the weather . if i feel like this tomorrow i will go to docs.

My chest has not been too good today. I think it is to do with the pollen after the recent rain. The blossom is blowing about today and I have noticed lots of dandilions. DO you take antihistamines? If not, might be worth a try.

Yea i am not either i ran out of my med's, and went in this morning for a renewal so i was without since yesterday i started symptoms, i was tight, wheezy etc, my PF is at 250 which is really low. I have my appointment with the doc at the hospital tomorrow which wont be to good since i am symptomatic she's expecting i am in control now.
yes i have been taking antihistimnes for a couple o weeks now i just feel so tight but trying not to panic as i will et worse. thanks for reply
