I have been feeling very tight chested all day today, so I have had to use quite abit of my blue inhaler. My peak flow has dropped to 350 from 450, so I do not have a lot of energy tonight. I have just ha really bad winter with chest infections and had to be spend most of the winter on steroid tablets and up inhalers. So I am hoping that this is not the start of another chest infection. I am really feeling quite poorly tonight.

Tight Chested
I had a really alful night with my asthma as I had a attack. Have had a very tight chest for the last 24 hours.
I am still not feeling great this evening, peak flow has dropped again to just over 300. If I am still not feeling very well later on tonight I will ring the out of hours doctors for advice. My asthma and hayfever medication is as follows: Salbutamol Breath - Actuated Inhaler, Seretide 250 Inhaler, Montelukast Sodium Tablets 10mg, Loratadine Tablets 10mg, Mometasone Furoate Nasal Spray, Sodium Cromoglicate Eye Drops When my peak flow is below 300 I start 40mg of Prednislone.
I am feeling tight chested tonight and I am very tried. Just wish I could get my asthma under control as it has not been right since November. I have no energy.
Feeling tight chested again
I had a very tight chest again today and had to take my blue inhaler a lot today. Feeling very tired now but still have tight chest. I have just dropped down from my seretide 250 to seretide 125 last night. peak flow dropping again. I am fed up with my asthma now just want to get it under control again. As I keep getting this tight chest and feeling breathless, not sleeping very well at night eather asthma playing up. Hope I am not coming down with my 5 chest infection this year. The weather could be affecting my asthma as one mintue it is wet and cold and the next it is bright and sunny.
