Power Breathe

I was just wondering if anyone else has had any benefit using a Power Breathe device?

My Doctor gave me one to use everyday and am feeling like its making my lungs stronger already, hope so anyway, it may be wishful thinking!

Are you still continuing to notice an improvement using Powerbreathe? Is there anyone else out there who can also vouch for it?

I got the wellness (green) one. I haven't used it much yet but I think it might help as it makes your chest feel a bit stronger after a few breathes. Although it's best to only use it when you are having good days. After a couple of weeks of daily use some people claim it has made a big impact. We'll see.

Have been reading Readers Digest Allergy and Asthma Relief from the library which is edited by various chest consultants and there were positive remarks about Powerbreathe. I have been using it myself for a while and feel that it is helping to strengthen my respiratory muscles and regulate my breathing.
