spacer question

hi,

a friend of mine is a school nurse BUT is asthma trained (quite highly). anyway he said to me about a ""compact spacer"", that was on the market, it folds into itself and is no bigger than a ladies powder compact when it is folded down.

i spoke to my asthma nurse and she said they are only available in USA.

we are going on a camping/hiking holiday in 4weeks time, i was just wondering IF anyone has heard of these and knows where i can get 1? i cant get hold of my friend as he is working out of the uk until september.
