Combivent

I have just been prescribed combivent in addition to other meds, but it feels as though it is burning on the way down and then my chest hurts for quite a while afterwards. It does improve my peak flow but I don't know if I should continue with it. With it being the weekend I cannot ring the nurse to ask her. Has anyone any words of wisdom please. I can certainly manage without it till next week.
