The AUK long url gap is inbetween safetywarnings and / not as obvious as normal.
1st there is not need to panic
Briefly the affected batch number is 1183R with an expirey date of 06/09
It seems that some counterfeit ones have slipped into the supply chain and the dose could be less.

Only Seretide 250 Evohalers with batch number: 1183R, and expiry date: 06/2009 are affected.
