anyone heard of or know anything about pulses paradoxus?

I am currently captured...on hogmany of all days lol but anyway one of the docs said do u know you've got profound pulses parodoxes...so I asked what this was and all he said was you've got an unusal case of it and it's very interesting....right!! Much clearer now.

I just wondered if anyone has this or knows anything about it any info would be greatly appreciated thanks :)
