bricanyl infusion

hello can any one help me i have suffed with asthma for 38 years, i have tired a lot of different medicines, i have been on xolair for 18months and it has helped but now they want to try a bricanyl infusion, the thing is they said there are some side effects and i am a bit worried as i am diabetic all ready
