itchy

i am not sleeping well at the minute. think its a mix of stress and anxiety mixed with steroids and maybe side effects of other meds but the main thing that is making me stress at night is that im itching all over-it is quite literally driving me mad. i cant take any anti-hists now so anyone got any ideas? (the only plus side of being awake for hours is the cross stitch ive started is coming on a treat-yep cross stitch is sad but i love it even though it makes my arthritis bad lol)
