Hi,

Not sure where abouts you are but DLCO is the american term for what we call TLCO or Transfer Factor. It basically is a measurement of how effectively the lungs transfer the oxygen from the lungs across the lungs membranes and into your blood. Despite how complicated it sounds it is a very simple test that requires you to breathe in a gas mixture hold your breath and then breath back out.

If you have any questions feel free to message me.
