Does anyone else ever sense that things are heading towards a downhill

I just have this feeling things are heading that way and wondered if it was just me ?

most people get asthmatic symptoms beforehand if thats what you're asking?

yes I can feel it, feels like sitting on the top of a volcanoe waiting for things to erupt, thats how i feel now, symptoms are there and responding but something just doen't feel right nothing specific just not feeling right.

Yes ,i feel that i should be able to do something to avoid it when I feel that way,but its like there is nothing you can do,feel it at the moment,and am hoping i,m wrong.resting,taking meds,trying to be calm,but really hope its not here we go again.
