Coming down off Pred

Does anyone else feel really awful when trying to reduce their pred. After being on 15mgs for 3weeks with no problems I dropped to 12.5mgs at the weekend. Since then I'm feeling really tired and keep getting bad cramp in my calves especially at night. I've started to eat bananas as i think someone mentioned this might help. Is this normal and just one of those things that you have to go through? Didn't know if swapping from atrovent to spirivia might also have something to do with it?

Take care

was told by prof just to grin and bear it last time I was seen, however if you get dizzy and clammy etc then I would be more careful. May be worth going down in 1mg steps rather than 2.5mg - the slower the better sometimes.
