worried?

HI SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT MY 3YR OLD.HE KEEPS MAKING FUNNY NOSIES THROGH HIS NOSE.HE SOUNDS LIKE HE CAN'T BREATH.I HAVE TRIED EVERYTHING.HE JUST KEEPS SNIFFING AND SNOUTING LIKE SOMEONE ON DRUG.ANY ADVICE PLEASE ITS DRIVING ME MAD.

hi could hi sinus be blocked? or it could be something tht irritating is nose lining as my son suffers from allergic rhinitis and was consistinly sniffing and snorting until he got put on an antihistamine which he takes every day and now he rarely suffers with it only really when he has either a cold or has come into contact with cats and then he can be ok at sometimes and other times he not maybes see a gp abt it he maybe be able to give him something for it.....
