How come old episodes of Kingdom on at the moment?

I read somewhere a new series being filmed. Wee guy was on the One Show, ages ago, talking about it

Hi GrannyMo. Hope you're keeping well in our cold wet summer. In answer to your question I think we in Scotland aren't getting any new series of Kingdom as well as Heartbeat The Royal and Midsommer Murders something to do with STV and contracts or so I read. If you have Sky you could do what we do and that is watch them on ITV London. Sorry I couldn't bring you much hope. Take care xxx

I was up your way in July. Blue skies and warmth most days.

Previously thought we wouldn't be able to justify having Sky as well as Freeview. To lose Midsomer Murders, Kingdom, the Bill - my husband has hardly missed an episode of the Bill since the start away back in the 80s - is just the nudge we needed.

Sky, here we come. Granddaughter will be happy - we can watch Handy Manny and all the other fave programmes, she has at home.

Hi GrannyMo. Yes July was certainly when we had our summer. Did you see that we are not getting Wuthering Heights on Monday 31st(English Bank Holiday) we're having some 'Made for TV ' thing instead. I hope you've managed to get Sky installed. Take care xxx
