Not going but have had invite to local event and been asked to join trefoil guild at 33 as you know had to give up my 2 units not sure whether to be flattered or offended!!!

marmite - i am part of the trefoil and i joined when i was 22. Did you know you can be in trefoil from 18?

I went to my centenary launch last night and i found it quite a disappointment, but i guess on the postivie, it all went well and no major disaters and the show was very different infact a guides wording was ""freaky"".

How did your events go? I am very tired, too much walking and standing that was for sure.

Crystal Palace was fab but very tiring.

It was a pretty amazing sight to see over 6000 rainbows, brownies ,guides rangers, leaders and trefoil all in 1 place and was all very well organized - i do wish they had warned us of fireworks as i had 1 poor brownie who was absolutely petrified.

I was very grateful to 2 of my leaders who had the lousy job of pushing me around!!

Im now looking forward to the big finale of 20.10/20.10/20.10 when we all renew our promise together:)
