Swim, Swim, Swim, Swim!

And more swimming to get a bit of the pred induced podgy bits under control!

Oh and get a bit more fit!

When lungs allow, getting as fit as I can and, like you both, lose some of that pred-induced extra weight.

Use the gym. It was my kind of gym when I joined a few months ago. Unfortunately for me, it's now opened. Now I'll have to put my money where my mouth is and use it.

Spend less money.

Finish the decorating.

Start the decorating.
