changing pass word

a while ago i was just been logged off don't ask me how, just pressed something i shouldnt, just happened, then my password wouldn't work so i got a new one sent which has far to many numbers in it for me to remember so can someone with an iq above mine and a computer ""nut"" brain. please direct me into the right place to change my pass word to one my few brain cells can remember thank you
