Dehumidifier

Does anybody have any thoughtts on the use of dehumidifier's ?

Some one told me this may help with Christopher's allergy to dust mite.

I have a dehumidifier that I find particularly helpful in the winter months. It helps with the dust mites and also with any kind of mould spores that might be in the air.
