Cinema Hell

I am finding it really hard to cope in the cinema. I find it too noisy and there are always so many people. It's a bad experience. Although things are getting better. I have recently started going to the Everyman cinemas, and they are much smaller and I seem to be able to cope better in them. I just wish people would not make noise and eat noisy food etc.

Anyone else have cinema issues?

Yep! I love the cinema and go a lot. But sometimes I REALLY can't deal with people making a noise and it really distracts me from the film which I find stressful. I've never been great with noise. I find it hard to focus on one thing when there is other noise. Readng has always been a problem too. People with AS can have sensory senisitivity issues, so maybe ours is sound?
