Writing a journal or notes

I have been told that it can help if you write things down and have a journal. If you're an Aspie, is this something you do and do you find it helps you?

My husband writes things down to talk to his NAS Support Person. He tends to go over and over the same problem to me but putting it down on paper to talk to her later helps him to stop ruminating. Have you tried writing things down?

Hello, yes you are correct, it does actually help. I now use a website called Journalate. It is a private online journal which you can write anything. It is private, so only you have access to it. I find it helps to use that.
