Hi I started on this drug approx. 6 weeks ago and have put on a stone in that time has anyone else experienced weight gain on this drug ?

Hi kaya12 , thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear about the past few weeks.

We'd definitely recommend speaking to your GP or healthcare professional about what you've experienced since starting the drug, as they can advise you based on your own circumstances and medical history. They may be able to advise other options for you.

In the meantime, it may be worth watching our video explaining the different types of medicaiton available for people with different types of arthritis, and how they work.

The Arthritis Action website also has a section on the importance of healthy eating and keeping to a normal weight if you have painful joints.
