Wow so lovely of you all to respond to my email.I have tried acupuncture,tried,herbal remedies,tried pain management,spa.all not really helpful for me.like you say everyone is different.I am on Gabapentine,also duloxetine.but I will try the best patches on my back thank you for the tip.my heart goes out to all of you who are suffering.thank you for your kind words and support.😇
