Hi I recently started getting restless legs after foot surgery and found an app called insight timer got sleep meditations as soon as I play it my legs ease. It worth a try

Hi, I suffer with horrendous restless legs, and have done for many years,I take Pramapixol which my GP prescribes..

I literally couldn't live without these tablets as I cant even sit down when they start.

Speak to your GP and see if they can help

It's no joke when you suffer with them, I remember walking around all night so exhausted, my feet hurting so much I'd cry.
