Welcome to the group Luvgym. Tell us a little more about yourself please. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis, Osteoarthritis, Osteoporosis, Sjogren's Syndrome, Vasculitis, Asthma, Bronchiectasis, high BP and I'm also a cancer survivor. How is your treatment for RA, is it working?

Hi poemsgalore1 great to hear your a cancer survivor i am 53 ive had arthritis since i was 21 i also have lupus ive had 3 hip replacments im on benipilin injections and methotrexate injections and take tablets i suffered terrible pain and struggled to walk about 8 years ago i was 17 stone my eating habbits were terrible my husband said we should get married i didnt want to get married the size i was so i decided to get a personal trainer and in just over a year i was 9 and a half stone i was eating better and 8 years later my arthritis has been great and im still going gym it was hard at first and painful but i kept going its made my bones stronger i do cycling classes and weight training off on holiday over xmas so happy xmas to you and everyone and a happy new year..
