Rheumatoid arthritis is a systemic disease, so it's throughout your whole body not just in one joint, and can affect your organs like heart and lungs as well as joints. However if you have it then there can be times where only one joint is suffering. But being tired is also a symptom.

Presumably if you have "possible" rheumatoid arthritis then your doctor has been doing tests? And has referred you to a rheumatologist?
