This is my foot , as you can see the Spurs are under the heel ( plantar facilitis)and at the back of it ( Achilles tendonitis) so this is why I say no cushioning will fix the problem. Go chase the doc for an X-ray .

Phillylou I post another post showing the night splint with my bare foot in it. I’ll let you know how it does for me during the night while I’m in bed. But I can already see that I will still need to use crutches with this on if I get up during the night.
